Heritage House Advisory provides independent specialist advice on listed and historic properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience across traditional building trades, our expertise is founded on the practical inspection, repair and restoration of historic buildings.

Our extensive knowledge includes traditional roofing and leadwork, oak timber framing, structural carpentry, historic brickwork and masonry, lime mortar pointing, wattle and daub, lath and plaster, lime rendering, internal lime plastering, groundworks and drainage.

We also have extensive experience in identifying and removing inappropriate modern cement-based materials, paints and non-breathable coatings from historic timber, brickwork, masonry and render, replacing them where appropriate with compatible traditional materials, breathable finishes and limewash.
